whether or not you should participate on this course.

By booking or attending a course with us you agree to the terms in our
health and safety waiver disclaimer. If your course has been purchased for
you by someone else, please note that by attending this course you are
agreeing to the terms in our waiver.

On this course our trainers will advise you on how to safely use the
equipment to avoid any accidents. Please note our trainers are not trained
to give health or medical advice.

In consideration of participating on this course, you hereby agree to
indemnify and hold harmless RBL Training against any loss, liability,
damage, cause of action, cost, or expense of any nature whatsoever,
including without limitation reasonable legal fees and other legal costs.

RBL Training reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove persons
from the class / workshop for any reason including behaviour likely to
cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance, or for failure to comply with
the reasonable requests of our trainers.
